The story

I met this client at a Mardi Gras party, where he was wearing an Elvis wig. He came to his search with one neighborhood in mind and a firm list of parameters, and this house checked almost none of them. I sent it anyway, because I had heard what he asked for and also what he had not thought to ask for.

He walked in and that was that. Finding the house a client would never have found alone is my favorite part of this job. He still thanks me for not quite listening to him.
